There is plenty of opportunity to learn core engineering and amazing construction technologies. Pay scale is very good (only if u are getting good appraisals).

Dislikes

Work Pressure is very high, forget Work-life balance. you are required to be at site a minimum of 12 hrs you cant go 10 mins early but you are required to stay additional 2 -3 hrs or whatever when it is required, there is no limit to it.Work environment is purely dependent upon your boss.
