One has to be ready to learn anything but with very slow process.. You can learn for sure but in a long time period

Dislikes

The head of all the department are from another states and mostly they prefer their state's people to hire.. Lot of partiality have to b faced by local people. Their behavior is very rude and partial. From HR to Hod everyone is clever and partial.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
