Total working hours in a month was limited by kuwait DGCA.

Dislikes

Work culture and discremination for foreign workers.Rules of company kept changing without taking into consideration of employees difficulties.Lack of respect from people of from management.

Hiii, i monika verma. Kuwait Airways staff, i got stuck in India due to the pandemic and meanwhile my visa got expired. I m waiting for the support of kuwait Airways to take some action for my visa renewal or issue me new visa, so that i can reach kuwait and continue my job.

Since Kuwait government is helping Kuwait airways, staffs are safe. Its not a place for a career ambitious expatriate.

Dislikes

Most of the Kuwaitis don't work or either come to office, and they become managers without proper knowledge of how to run the department or airline.
