You will learn so many things like store operations,cash handling,sales and service but if you are interested so it's depends upon you to what you want to be more you learn the more you gain.

Dislikes

Working environment is not good in my opinion why because some manager will not appreciate your work and the mediators backbiting is a huge reason and one more thing is you can't bring non veg to the stores and you will get only 4 leaves for the entire month and after you complete 3 month then you will get only one paid leave.
