As an Asst manager retail training, you will deliver effective training and develop our retail team to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs for the retail team.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for retail teams both in-person and remotely.
• Analyse retail KPIs and come up with TNA & TNI
• Assess the performance of the sales team during training sessions and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address performance gaps.
• Work closely with store and cluster managers to align training initiatives with sales goals and identify specific training needs.
• Prepare training content for refresher & new process trainings
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.
• Month on month measure the impact of trainings delivered

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years experience as a retail trainer, sales trainer, or in a similar training role.
• Strong knowledge of retail industry practices, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and other training software/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
• Languages: Kannada (Mandatory) additional Tamil, Telugu, Hindi & Malayalam preferred.
