Role & responsibilities
Attract & Recruit:
Coordinate with central recruitment team, take interview, test, and select employees
to fill vacant positions across all levels in stores till Cluster Manager for your
respective Area.
Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an
effective manner.
Onboarding, Training & Probation Review:
Ensure 100% completion of Induction training of all New Joinees as per defined
timelines.
All mandatory trainings of all New Joinees to be completed within the defined
timelines.
Monitor and analyse Area training needs, share training need with L&D Manager
(HO).
Ensure 100% quality review discussion during probation period of New Joinees.
Performance Management & Development:
Monitor and ensure Area Team and Store manager work with structured
performance management in Stores and Area.
Together with Area manager ensure all employees post mid-year and annual
performance review should have clear development plan or improvement plan.
Oversee Areas internal talent pipeline and support company talent needs across all
regions.
Great Work Environment:
Implement and follow-up company policies.
Act as first and neutral escalation point for employees of your Area and coach Store
Managers, Cluster Managers and Area Managers to prevent and resolve employee-
related issues.
Drive R&R program in Area & Stores.
Execute engagement activities in Area and Stores.
Ensure 100% Store and Area Compliances are met.
Promote a positive work environment and culture
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification:
Graduation or Masters degree in HR.
Must have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in Retail HR.
Skills:
Knowledge of HR practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Worked in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Other Requirements:
Open to travel
Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
Results-driven and business-minded.
