Style Associate - Job Description

Style associates use their product knowledge and fashion sense to help customers craft the perfect jewellery for any occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving individual sales targets and supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager for the achievement of store targets.
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Assisting customers with their queries using the product knowledge
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, packing orders, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
• Process point-of-sale purchases, handle transactions, and cross-sell additional products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Comply with SOP procedures.
• Ability to work on the store sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability and willingness to take an additional task.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (Fresher) or Min HSC qualification with 2+ years of retail experience.
• Must be above 18 years of age and below 35 years of age
• Open to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Local Language Proficiency: Able to communicate clearly and concisely in the local language

English Skills: Able to speak clearly in English. Utilizes active listening in English and responds appropriately.

Customer Engagement:

Able to proactively engage with customers and respond to inquiries.

Eye Contact: Maintains consistent and appropriate eye contact during conversations.

Facial Expressions: Demonstrates a range of appropriate facial expressions.

Posture and Gestures: Displays an open and relaxed posture.

Uses gestures that complement verbal communication effectively.

Understands personal space based on customer comfort without causing uneasiness.

Personal Presentation

Clothes are well-fitted and pressed.

Maintains good personal hygiene.

Hair is styled appropriately and well-maintained.

Wears accessories that complement the overall appearance.
