Sales Executive

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in retail (jewellery sales preferred).
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold, and gemstones used in jewellery making.
• Ability to handle clients independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil.

Responsibilities:

• Manage showroom sales activities for diamond and gold jewellery.
• Develop a deep understanding of jewellery products to provide expert advice to clients.
• Prepare estimates of selected products and promptly complete sales transactions.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and effective communication.
