KSB company is a German pump manufacturing company, company is not bad but in kolkata office culture is very bad.atmosphere is very dirty,dirty politics are there.There are no job security.

Dislikes

Due to dirty politics and environment was so unpleasant

Friendly atmosphere, As required every year company arrange good training programme, KSB Logo carry extra weight in our C.V. If you are good negotiator then you can get good salary also..Travel policy is very good in respect to other companies.

Dislikes

Experience and education qualifications are not sooo vital if you are good negotiator. You can get higher salary inrespect to your senior ....
