Nothing much, it's a pretty mediocre company

In my honest opinion, what I've seen is people want to show and have that senior junior mindsets and that's something you'd need to cope with. The overall work culture is good, if need be your peers will assist you, but when it comes to your direct management they expect you to learn and understand the working environment on your own and then immediately start adapting to it without much mentorship...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
