Micro Managing, the management are in client meetings just to collect money, don't take responsibility for one's own selfish behaviour, projects get into trouble because they dont take a serious decision.none of their projects are working fine..they just do temporary things without looking for things from future as well as clients prespective. They don't even provide us holidays or work from home even if we are in serious problem. They increase the probation time period without even informing....Read More

I have been working at Krishworks for the last 2 years. I got the opportunity to work on live projects for the very beginning, the founders were very helpful and they helped me in understanding the basics. Work is very challenging here, everyday is a learning experience, either I am learning something new and implementing the same or I'm solving a complex problem. I got to understand how project requirements are captured, how to design architectures are created, how I can plan my project better to complete tasks as per my schedule, I got the experience of going through QA cycle, Production cycle and post deployment phase. I have worked on the multiple projects across many technologies, in some projects I had direct interaction with clients. For some projects I had to read lot of technical documents which helped me soar far ahead of my peers. Great start for freshers. You will be getting to work directly in live projects from Day 1. I got to interact with clients and understand dev cycle, QA cycle, deployment and release cycles from 1st project itself. I got to contribute to architecture as well from 2nd project onwards.

Work is challenging, so I had to spent some extra time during the initial days. Time management became easy later.

I have been working with the key people of Krishworks for the past 7 years now. Here are some aspects I would want to highlight : 1. They are professional people : They are professional people, running the company professionally. I have seen customers come back to them with repeat projects, and previous colleagues rejoining too. 2. Comfortable to work with : The people who allign with their vision, find the company comfortable to talk to, comfortable to work with. They are transparent & noble. 3. Pay on time : Till date I haven't faced any payment issue. They also plan ahead & incentivize well. 4. High on morals : Even during the hard times like covid, they didn't cut down their team. They don't do anything that's wrong or unethical. Most of the reviwes are from the tech segment submitted by people having less than 2 years of industry expereince.
