I have worked here 1 year and it is a great experience. I got the opportunity to develop my skills within a very short period. 1. It is a great company to start your career as you will learn a lot. 2.The colleagues are knowledgeable and friendly so it makes a good work environment. 3. I got the opportunity to work on enterprise level projects. 4. The seniors are very experienced and sit along with you to debug and work. 5. I personally felt that I learnt and upskilled my technical skills within a short span of time. 6. There is a good exposure as you directly interact with the clients.

Dislikes

There will always be some likes and dislikes for almost every place but if you want to learn and work hard then this is right place for you.

Likes

Since it is a start-up you get to learn on your own. So it is a good thing as well as bad....since no one has any knowledge on thing...you don't get to know whatever you have learned is right way or wrong way.

Dislikes

1. Keeps meeting always outside of office hours to make sure the employee stays late 2. Terminates you for asking 2 compensatary leave ( that is earned after working on holidays) 3. flexible working hours = come at 9.30am sharp leave not before 8pm. 4. Only those employees are good who updates them on other employee's information, leading to toxic work enviroment. 5. No growth opportunity as there is no proper management of projects. nor employees 6. Both founders take their hand out when anything in project goes wrong. No leadership quality shown.

I have been working at Krishworks for the last 2 years. I got the opportunity to work on live projects for the very beginning, the founders were very helpful and they helped me in understanding the basics. Work is very challenging here, everyday is a learning experience, either I am learning something new and implementing the same or I'm solving a complex problem. I got to understand how project requirements are captured, how to design architectures are created, how I can plan my project better to complete tasks as per my schedule, I got the experience of going through QA cycle, Production cycle and post deployment phase. I have worked on the multiple projects across many technologies, in some projects I had direct interaction with clients. For some projects I had to read lot of technical documents which helped me soar far ahead of my peers. Management is strict but encouraging, very often I get to discuss about my future plans with the management,. I received constant mentorship from them. Over all it is one of the best places to work.

while my interview process the person name Mayukh was totaly rude and misbehaved. In every talk he was say you were asking this much ctc. After working with him i realised that it is not the good place to work. selfish person and alway demotivate you.

1. Got to learn a lot in a short span of time. Co-Founders work alongwith you, so we gain full experience. 2. Colleagues are supportive. 3. The work environment is positive. 4. Company pays decent salary & gives hikes. 5. Overall its a good company for freshers & experienced people.
