Very toxic work culture, no respect of employee. They can remove people in one hour notice and never do settlement of dues. More often deduct salary without any reason. People hardly able to complete 3-4 month due to poor work culture. This is like a bada paw shop no rule for anytbing. Only one man show. People should avoid joining tbis company

COO don't even know how to talk to them, he tell the lady employees, should I show you what I am and I travel in a car worth the size of the house you live in, full of attitude, and always They harass the employee, there is no job security and when her mood is good then they send mail that she is senior and good and when his mood isoff then they say she is a trainee, Apart from this, if there is a medical emergency in the family and you take leave, then the COO tells all the employees that they have run away.These people always insult employees and nothing else. They consider only the educated people and treat all the other people like labourers.I appeal to the govt. that this organization should be banned.Harassment policy has been made but its meaning is not known, they themselves harass all the employees And where are the lies told at the time of joining The COO calls the female employee a Chinese buffalo She has only one chamchi, Tejal, who only scolds her and Deepak is his other chamcha..Tejal doesn't understand anything and keeps on calling herself HR..she always doing jhuti chugali, that's why she is their favourite. Mujhe mera hi FNF karne ke liye mail pe daalte hain online krenge I signed all the documents then they call and msg karte hain check lelo, they don't have maturity how to handle people, in my 10 months of career I feel worst experience in Krishgen... Many... I would recommend not to join Krishgen Company. Though they have an extensive product portfolio they lack management of employees well. Salary is never on time, Job insecurity, no proper training given still they are deciding what an app person and product manager will do after hiring. Very unprofessional behaviour of CEO Neelam. Her cheap language towards the employee will put you in doubt whether she is well educated and worth sitting at the CEO position. Everyone calls her bhabhi as if COO is everyone's brother Working with her daughter is horrible and worst. She does micromanagement and asks to send EOD reports to all. You will definitely feel like working under a brain-less person who believes in Chat gpt, Excel sheets and her fake US accent. She herself doesn't knows anything and leads Sales and Product Management team. No one here likes to work under her but they are compelled to do. They cannot accept resignation of anyone. If anyone resigns they will call all the employees and say i have absconded her/him. The employees have to work according to COO's mood. People here are like arey Sir ka mood Kharab Hai mat jana. But daughter would be like why didn't you speak to Sir. The only take away from the company is low self esteem, self doubt and stress. Though the employees are loyal and work for them the CEO always has one question "tum log kya karte ho din bar?" The company has cutting edge AI cameras set (Seniors who will report management about employees when the boss is not around the office) Please don't join here since they are still figuring out what is Product Management is! I had a need for loan to purchase house in Nalasopara. My company supported by giving me loan interest free to purchase my house. Good people and very team supportive. Recommended to my friend also and he has joined in OEM department of manufacturing. Company now has also put one factory in Bhiwandi and second one also coming soon with export of products. Goal and target oriented company making the grow and all of the team also growing along. Nice to work in this supportive culture. Very tech oriented using apps and tech team in HO moving you and supporting you real time. Focussed to become one of the largest player in the industry and I am moving along happily.

I worked in krishgen biosystems for 3 months, and that was my worst experience. I was insulted in front of people and had salary deduction and not given full n final after resignation. Worst management to work under , very toxic work culture with lots of negativity. This is the only office where I had seen boss shouting to a employee in front of whole office very loudly. The same work can be done without creating scene by professional talk or giving warning personally in management cabins or meeting room. During my work period I have noticed 99% of employees talking negatively about the company because of 2 big reasons. 1St is, management talks in a very bad way with employees And 2nd is, they threatened to employees about salary deduction for small mistakes and do the same by sending mails to account department. They dont understand the simple theory that if they deduct the salary of the person for a common human error, he/she will lose appetite to work and develop negativity about the company in mind and this will affect his/her performance, because these things may make employee`s confident low. This company basically run by a family father, mother and a daughter. There is no 1 boss and upcoming future of the company even more toxic because of thier daughter. I have noticed no one in office is interested to work under her, because of her nature and behaviour. Having 10% knowledge to run company and 90% ego in attitude makes poisonous combination in a boss. Even the main boss her father talks politely with employees but she never does. You can say teapot is hotter than tea. All the positive comment here done by their HR department only. There is not anything positive to talk about them. They run interview full year because every month 3 to 4 employees leave the company. Only few employees there who working more that 1 year, and some are more then 5 years. Even those senior employees treated very badly but they working there just because of bad financial condition of family.
