Title: Thriving in a Positive, Evolving Work Culture I’ve been working at Krishgen Biosystems for 2 Months, and I’ve seen firsthand how the company culture has undergone an impressive transformation. While there were some challenges in the past which i read it before joining this company but i never bothered to go with those comments rather seeing the atmosphere being their physically and my experience says, it’s clear that the leadership is deeply committed to creating a more positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment. Positive Changes I’ve Noticed: Enhanced Communication: The transparency and openness in communication have drastically improved. We have regular town halls, i attended one recently in the month of March dated on 29th 2025, team check-ins, and feedback sessions, making sure everyone is aligned with the company’s vision and goals. Work-Life Balance: There’s a real effort to prioritize work-life balance now. Flexibility and understanding from leadership have made a significant difference in maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. Collaboration & Team Spirit: The focus on collaboration across teams has been incredible. There's a real emphasis on teamwork, where everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and work together toward common goals. It makes the work environment much more inclusive and supportive. Professional Growth: I’ve been impressed with the company’s commitment to professional development. There are plenty of learning opportunities, training sessions, and resources available for employees to grow in their careers. While no workplace is perfect, the positive changes here have made a big difference in how I feel about working at Krishgen Biosystems. It’s an exciting time to be part of the company, and I’m optimistic about the future. The COO of the company is more interested in gossip, chugli, insulting educated people. He ask his underground chamchas to keep an eye who is going to washroom, to fill the bottle and smiles, stands how many times.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like in Krishgen. It is not a hatred for Krishgen. It is just fact.
