Nothing. It's my biggest mistake to join Krish Biotech as a fresher.

Dislikes

Everything. Scientific staffs are hilarious. They are behaved like you are servent of them. And most importantly they have no scientific knowledge. If you have some doubts about their and you try to ask them they don't co-operate with you. The scientific staffs do not have interest to teach a junior.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
