It was my first Internship. So I had fun in working and learning. I got to know new techs and like its working. Seniors also explains everything nicely if I got any issue. Environment in the office was also good.

In our college, it's came with Intern+Full-time offer and I cracked the placement. After joining as intern, I was given the Internship Offer Letter after like 2-3weeks and it was said that I will get my Full-Time offer letter at the end of January. Then suddenly like after 2month later, I was notified that I have to give exams& reviews in that company. After the first review test, I got average mark. Then after asking HR like when we will get our Full-time offer letter and would the test be considered for giving FULLTime, but that time HR diectly told us that if you are working perfectly and completing all your task, then don't take issue. And like after the 2nd test which held 4.5month after joining as Intern. Then suddenly in between the 5th month at noon during work, my gmail account got blocked. And after inquiring I got informed that It was my last day. They gave us some reasons for discontinuing like I didn't complete my work (which after verifying they got that it was false allegation), I didn't interact with my seniors. I got low marks. The interesting thing in this is that they didn't reveal my marks like how low as compared to the others. After asking that why they didn't let us complete the 6months, they gave us reasons that giving more time will help us in college placement whereas College Placement season of our is already over giving 1chance(placed) to every student. After asking if they can't give us full Time, why in the first place they offered FullTime. There response was it was hiring departments fault. They also didn't give the travel expense of the Flight which they said that they will provide during the joining time. Well, you can take risk like anything can happen :)...Read More
