Friendly nature from top level people will make us to feel comfortable to work.

Dislikes

No guarantee for the Job security and with no basic benefits like medical insurance put us to bother too much. And lack of resources for bigger projects adds more pressure on the working employees. No flexible timings.

Work life was ok at time but lack of resources will put as under more pressure during deliverables. I would say work life is average.
