In this KPTCL there is so many things to learn and maintenance the equipments. And Power plays more important role in our daily life.

Dislikes

Because of higher Officers didn't take any responsibility about some times. For Eg. In Load Shedding time higher officer didn't response to staff any board. And board also not take any action on Officers.

I am appointed as operator/meter reader in 1976 in my DEE education G Merit in salary Rs438/pm,served 19 yrs as Operator/MR then promoted as Junior Engr in March1995 then promoted as Asst Engr Ele and also worked as Ast Ex Engr incharge until my retirement,at the time my salary Rs 105000/- now my pension is 52000/pm.
