I have an overall positive feedback, it's just that the salary is capped so sometimes it's difficult to have that motivating factor of the work and related remuneration

The top management team says come to us if you are facing any issues however, there's no resolution provided at their end

*No work life balance, no work from home, lot of groupism & biasness *They frequently use to ask login early & had to work till late, could never logout as per fixed working hours due to workload. No action taken on this, even after raising workload issue multiple times *Also, they used to tell to manage work in weekends or to login in weedends Horrible culture and work environment
