Joined big 4 with a lot of aspiration, found nothing at all.

1. Full of incompetent people in different workstreams, who likes to boss around. 2. If you are a techie or a person coming from IT, don't join, your profile will be ruined. 3. There is no work life balance no matter with whom you're working. People don't respect after office hour, you can get a call even at 10:30 at night. 4. Expectations from you can be absolutely exhausting. You'll be expected to do even things which you have no idea of. 5. If you don't know how to butter up people, don't join here, you'll never be able to go up. And even if you go up without doing this, you will face the dirtiest politics, and you'll be always shown as incompetent. 6. You'll forget all your skills. No matter how sharp your brain used to be, it will be blunt after a while. You'll feel restless as you won't be able to understand what you need to do anymore. Join if you are fresher or no option and leave as soon as you get good offer and you have learnt enough skills. Join if you get designation of Associate Director or above(because they don't do any technical work). Join for hike and Brand name , then leave.

No Job Satisfaction(People are on Bench like 4-5 months avg). No Job Security and very less projects. Attrition rate is 30 percent Salary less than startups and product based. Toxic client and management. Too many processes and hr applications and trainning is terrible. Mediocre Work , even on latest tech there is repitative solutions. KPMG work culture will not work in 2023 and later. Incompetent managers and chatu(they will throw you under bus) Anything bad happens you are to blame(sole responsibility). Why there is hierarchy if everything is done by employee only, from client engament to delivery, its like working as a freelancer(Freelancers are now earning 3-4 lpa a month).
