Worst place to work with. During this pandemic, First they started with salary cut and that to 75% and then they started laying off employees giving them 3 months notice period and only 25% of there salary. Terrible company.

Dislike: Management, work, opportunity, growth and job security.

KPIT is good for freshers, sort of good exposure to technologies and tools Now it only focuses on automotive domain Flexible working hours, culture is good, there are some really good projects to work on

Dislikes

There is a lot of scope for improving management policies, skill development, and employee appreciation. They only keep on saying we value our employee but in reality employee is considered least important. Job security is very less. There is no constructive feedback channel available,and the upper management just doesn't care. They have biased policies and therefore a lot of scope for internal politics, you would see a less performing guy getting more appreciation than you just because he is someone's favourite. You would need to do chatugiri to have growth here, otherwise limited scope of appreciation and exposure, and growth (monetarily as well as technically)...Read More

Work Details

I worked for more than 5 years in some good projects, have worked with some really good minds. But got frustrated soon as there are biased systems and policies.
