Worst HR team, Dont give any interviews, they will take you to the self doubt mode, If you are capable, they will take multiple rounds to justify you failed and cannot offer. Priyanka Thakre and all these HRs are sailing in the same boat. Very bad. Dont consider this company deals professionally.

They promote mental health awareness while mentally harassing employees (at least in my case; I can't speak for others). They do not stand by their words and expect employees to inform them of emergencies in advance—is that even possible? They lack integrity and professionalism.

1. KPIT academy has great learning opportunity . 2. they really have good courses if you want to build your skills and do certifications perfect place. 3. also there are default courses will be assigned based on your grade which will help to continuously grow.

1. even after best performance and best rating don't expect any good hikes. 2. you have to work so so hard to prove yourself still chances are you will not get recognized(depend on project to project and manager to manager). 3. work -life balance not to expect much but not too bad depends on personal how you handle the work. 4. promotions and hikes are very bad, better not to expect any.

hige pay scale difference, if you fall in lower bracket they won't increase it to retain you no matter how good you are. Work is mostly at peak level, and depends upon delivery manager who micromanage the hell out of things.
