In some project work from home is provided. That is only the like. That too, need to visit office on a immediate call. No professionalism!

Plenty of dislikes are there. I will only mention few. Shailendra Singh from pune location is an arrogant manager. He don't know anything....He know only to blame others for his mistakes. I don't know how kishor patil still keeping such kind of people in the company. Waste fellow! He made lot of loss to the company and easily managed it by blaming and putting everything on employees under him. HRs are puppet of managers at KPIT. So sad to say, CEO is literally unaware, how micro management is happening in Pune and Bengaluru location. 0% job security. No professionalism by HRs while talking with an employee. Don't Join Honda Project. If you are looking to deep diving into technology then KPIT is NOT the company for you. They have only mediocre level work and you can't complaint to your manager about work satisfaction he will not consider it and if you poke hime 3-4 time you will see effect in appraisals etc. Pathetic culture in Honda Project. No time for logout. Weekend working. Manager can call anytime even in night. 14-16hrs of working. Literally I can see some fake reviews posted by kpit hr and team to boost ther rating on this platform. If the project is good experience and exposure can be achieved but it's is always shadowed by politics

The list is very long They force everyone to be in office Truth to improve office culture but they don't have enough infrastructure to accommodate all prj. Literally the odc is shared by 3 projects and the alternate ther wfo 2 days a week . Pathetic work life balance. Politics favouritism are at its peak. Hr are just for show they don't work if we ask for any help regarding policy they be like we don't know will get back to you and they never revert even after multiple followups. They keep activities no, So call group or fun activities are done for hr team itself and is shown as it's whole company is participating. It's kind a narcissist HR bay they are there own world. Management Extreme level of favouritism discrimination and love for bootlickers Senior member and team leads the are the most overworked and exploited after interns and fresher. They promote mental health awareness while mentally harassing employees (at least in my case; I can't speak for others). They do not stand by their words and expect employees to inform them of emergencies in advance—is that even possible? They lack integrity and professionalism.

1. KPIT academy has great learning opportunity . 2. they really have good courses if you want to build your skills and do certifications perfect place. 3. also there are default courses will be assigned based on your grade which will help to continuously grow.

1. even after best performance and best rating don't expect any good hikes. 2. you have to work so so hard to prove yourself still chances are you will not get recognized(depend on project to project and manager to manager). 3. work -life balance not to expect much but not too bad depends on personal how you handle the work. 4. promotions and hikes are very bad, better not to expect any.
