Nice company to work with freedom , low work pressure, plant head Nature is good, good with duty timing 8.30 hours and leave benefits , no salary deduction on leaves. Cons - low career growth n salary increment.

Good work environment with supportive teammates. Management are very good and progressive. They always look for new innovative ideas. Company policies are very good, salary hike is fare and work burden also fair. Management never force for extra burden they always try to work in right path not to shortcuts.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics in lower level and management never address. Job security is good but personal growth or career growth is very slow. I tried to develop many method on low level or sales level but mid level management never tried to give chance. Many times company payment policy is very poor and market people very difficult to handle at sales tems level.
