Kindly I have a comment and transfer the message to the head office regarding all the team members had a bad feeling and afraid more than before spicily in this time so we faces now and saw it have many people resignations also poor performance inside the stores and have many people also planning to leave due effect the income salary ,more work hours , hard work addition no vacation no overtime no cancel off no any kind of motivation or communication only give them firmly order to do it like a machines specially we know very well they are had little salary and looking from beginning any allowances or benefits finally I am saw it and suggested must to make a visit all the stores from attractive and familiar people in the head office to give motivation and a good promise for the future increase salary or more bonus , explain when will start annual vacation plan , open overtime again because all above this point reflected to all the main power to avoid effect company...Read More

So far No good and unsatisfied due almost more than 3 years working but not get it any advancement also not following from training department or area catch & I am already pass in RM assessment before one year all it’s care less and ignore me
