Likes

Non co.operative team member and absolutely no work balance, zero level of job security as on third party payroll recruitment and extremely stressful work environment and no new learning experience exist in the organization.

Dislikes

The team leader does not take and job responsibility and only gives instructions without understanding the burden that already on the team member. The work is completely stereo-type with no scope to explore new limits. The working hours officially 8 but was also extended to 12-13 hours a day due to no support from the team member
