The good thing about the company is the training which is provided is the best means even if u r fresher they will train u in such a way that u will get all the knowledge about the product. There is job security. Management is ok ok.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics, worst place to work with once u become tl's target they will torture u like anything. No personal life. You'll have to work like robots. Only 1 hr of break for 11 hr shift. They say its 9-6 job but you'll have to wait till 8 till the dailer gets off by its own.

Theres some dislike such as the working hour increase as the work load burdens up no flexibility in work timing. Problems in connecting to higher authority as they dont give attention towards lower hierarchy

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as I had to work more hours for 2 months. I learnt everything on job abd building communication skills. I got chance to get a taste of different roles within the same team
