Job security is good that’s the only positive feedback I could come up with.

Dislikes

Very outdated software used and a lot of manual work has to be done. No assistance provided in case of any emergency. HR of the the company is also not supportive.

No support from the hire up, HR is not supportive, need approval for each and every thing which takes ages to get approved.

Kotak Securities was pretty good with their culture in work. the working environment was amazing and it was fun to be there. the management was amazing and never created problems until the pandemic and lockdown took place which led to work from home and every good thing came to an end.

Dislikes

The work pressure was too much to handle and employees were made to work more than their will. Hard earned amounts were scrapped off due to lack of co-ordination and wrong calculations. very disappointed!! Few managers/higher authority never co-operated on how to make things or work better through employees perspective.

Work life balance is excellent it's a 9 hrs job, No work pressure at all when you are starting, incentive are great, there's a huge cafeteria, open door policy with the manager and friendly colleagues overall great experience as a fresher you can join and won't complain but ever team is different, exposure to capital markets is good if you have passion to learn you won't have any trouble

Dislikes

As a new joiner i can say every corporate has politics so it's not a particular dislike

There is no formal training you have to observe how your teammates are working and accordingly adapt
