Salary n appraisal are limited, before 2018 work culure was awesome but now its not worth staying in kotak if u are genuinely doing your work because some ppl who are handling branch department thinking they own the company n only there chamcha's getting everything wht they want.. bosses not agreeing with each other n everybody suffering because of that..
