I guess it difficult to point out few good things.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic, Manager even calls at 11 in night for reporting. You will be provided with 30 leaves in a year but you are not allowed to take it. No celebration of any festivals, no gifts or any kind of motivation activities are done. No training is been provided to new comers.
