The incentive system is worse. Also some seniors came from the bank so they still don't know about general insurance culture. Overall it is not good especially in central areas like MP CG.

Who are at city level and if they are kotak bank migrated employee then they will become national heads in just 2 to 3 years but if you have joined from the industry then growth is negligible no matter how good you are.
