Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, I don't know about appraisals but hope will give good salary hike and bonus next year.

As a senior manager , i have been alloted a team to manage which to my knowledge another bank does not gives a team handling role for SM,. This activity has brought leadership skill in me.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance, lot of emphasis on manual activity rather than automations, like all other banks appraisals and promotions are not transparent.

I have mixed feeling working at kotak , too many felicitation from clients and seniors but no actual use of these accolades as the apparisal are not transparent. Extremely bad work life balance in operations. People in Nariman point and Goregaon workdaily
