There is a lot of politics and tge management doesn't matter address our issue. Salary is decent time but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled with a bit in tge beginning of as there is was no formal training for session. I learnt everything on the job.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
