Everything starting from Office Politics Every single human being at KOTAK EDUCATION FOUNDATION is working to pull down his/her colleagues. Efficiency of a Person is ignored while the less efficient ones are respected and given eternal chances. Currently they are just on HIRE AND FIRE mode. The organisation is confused that it is an NGO or corporate. Appraisals are poorly handled. No personal growth nor skill development. KRA's are purposely made in such a way by the management so that there is very less or no chances of growth to the employees. Too much of expectations in low salary. Unnecessary field visit which have no impact.

Unnati COO is a sales guy. The first thing for him was who did how many aspirant numbers. His attitude was always rude. He never appreciated the team. Only running for numbers. It was said that mobilization will be 25-30% but after joining it was the only thing which was measured. It was full of toxicity and blame games.
