Timely salary Supportive manager ( for my intervention) Nothing more than that.

The organisation is confused that it is an NGO or corporate. Appraisals are poorly handled. No personal growth nor skill development. KRA's are purposely made in such a way by the management so that there is very less or no chances of growth to the employees. Too much of expectations in low salary. Unnecessary field visit which have no impact.

Good vision and mission with snail pace execution. The salary was on time, always.

Unnati COO is a sales guy. The first thing for him was who did how many aspirant numbers. His attitude was always rude. He never appreciated the team. Only running for numbers. It was said that mobilization will be 25-30% but after joining it was the only thing which was measured. It was full of toxicity and blame games.
