It is the good experience. My all production team also helpful. And this job is more secure than expectations, mainly for females, salary is also as expected.

Dislikes

No special transport facility to company for all the employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
