On time salary. Celebrations. Some employees.

Working structure. Though company has ISO certification, but never follow SOPs. If any suggestions are given to managers or CTO, it will not be considered. It's good that CEO can be found on the development floor with the developers, but he shouts a lot. HR are never available for employees on time. HR cannot be found on desk, and never reply to ping, they are always busy. Very unplanned hiring, and then laying off. They are list concern about the employee's future. CEO is biased to his old employees, even if they are less knowledge. Too much politics, if you are doing good and your team lead is not helping you. then it's your fault because team leader is friend of manager. Appraisal process is also not well defined. It depends on CEO, if you are very close to CEO, you will get too much hike, otherwise not....Read More
