Company and owner is very good, but in this company in credit department all seniors are sporting to girls staff on evert time, every gents staff facing this problum. And behavior also not good senior and also not sport to BCM.

1. Extreme level of politics. No control of HR over senior management members 2. No work life balance 3. The mentality is if they are paying you, you are the slave and they can abuse you and use bad words against you 4. No job security. They can fire you any time. If you hurt the ego of senior members. 5 Working hours are not fixed. You are expected to work 24*7

company culture is not good. Here promotions and appraisals are done by spooning people, not by looking at the work Medical facility is not good. If someone is on medical leave then they cut his leave and his salary and do not give any additional benefits.
