Business Manager - LAP/HL

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:
   
• Develop and implement sales strategies focused on promoting Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans (HL).
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to create targeted campaigns.
2. Target Achievement:
   
• Set individual and team sales targets for LAP and HL products.
• Track and monitor progress toward sales goals, and ensure consistent performance.
3. Team Leadership and Training:
   
• Lead and motivate the sales team to drive loan sales and achieve objectives.
• Provide ongoing training to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and strategies.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure repeat business and referrals.
5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
   
• Work closely with the underwriting, credit, legal, and operations teams to streamline loan processing and approvals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional efforts and campaigns.
6. Market and Competitive Analysis:
   
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
• Provide insights to leadership about customer preferences, product demand, and market gaps.
7. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
   
• Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and forecast future sales.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
8. Compliance and Risk Management:
   
• Ensure all sales processes and activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies, ensuring that loans are granted to eligible and creditworthy customers.
