Company is too slow to adopt being traditionally(classic) German. Some people here particularly in Pune are really worse and the problem is the handling of their feedback. 1) No promotion & very average appraisal 2) Location - It is work from office and location makes it very difficult to commute. Can facility is also available for selected location. 3) Work life balance is 0 4) No facilities for the employee - canteen food is very bad, no microwave, canteens have very bad tastes & no fresh items.
