There is more learning opportunities. Anyone can learn about the all products. Knorr-Bremse India pvt. Ltd. manufacture many products like brake system for Locomotive, Metro, Vande Bharat, Air Supply System etc.

HR is not skilled . They give don't know anything about job not they have defined JD and just tell you we will train you so we are offering less salary while you have to work from scratch without any knowledge build your foundation and they think we are doing basic and don't have standard promotion . I think HR are not well educated in field

No skill development and no work allocation based on skill matrix To much micro-management and Manager oriented company where whtever your manager provide you a work whether you like it or not..you have to do..even you sare not ineteredted.. you can not stick to single project till it finish..frequent changes and jumpo from one project to another ...

Good for stability and job security. Company is really co operative with employees. Domain is locomotive and automotive so project delay is there.

Nothing much to be liked about company except I am getting good salary.

Dislikes

1) No promotion & very average appraisal 2) Location - It is work from office and location makes it very difficult to commute. Can facility is also available for selected location. 3) Work life balance is 0 4) No facilities for the employee - canteen food is very bad, no microwave, canteens have very bad tastes & no fresh items.
