I've been working at Knorish for almost 2 years now and everyday comes with new learnings which is undoubtedly an exciting work environment for me. Everyone is expected to work Monday to Friday with fixed week offs - Saturday and Sunday which works really in my favour to maintain the work life balance. Knorish is a place where you can work hard, but have fun while you're doing it in a truly supportive/fast paced environment that encourages and promotes work opportunities. Work Details

Managing the team of Customer Success Managers, Upscaling the product and improving client experience by analyzing and sharing client feedback to the appropriate internal teams, evaluating and improving FAQs and tutorials for reduction in turn around time

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
