Remuneration could be better and 6 days a week working should be discontinued. Company should consider giving atleast 2 saturdays off in a month to imrpove work life balance of employees, it would increase the overall working efficiency and happiness index of all employees.

The 3 Directors are fantastic leaders with clear vision to achieve the goal. Knest is an Industry expert. The working culture is great in Mumbai and colleagues are really friendly and extremely supportive. The boss is always here to support and guide. Work life balance is great as I'm more into field sales. The culture is one of thebest in all of my career. working and handling Builders and Developers is really easy as here they have best in class self innovated product and technology. Some of the colleagues from plant are really rude sometimes and no proper communication + No Incentives/ sales they should really start giving incentives as it works as a motivation for every sales person.
