Work Culture destroyed only politics remained. External Advisor is selfish and work with perception and management listens to them blindly. Management does not check evidence or data, they take decision blindly based on external advisor's advise. Plant is full of non-technical & conservative mind set people, very difficult to work with old employees & in toxic atmosphere, after a certain period it will feel regret to yourself, no skill development & no utilization of your experience & knowledge, which will affect your coming future badly.
