Management good at their dirty politics and game planner. Work pressure, worst culture, every weekend working, no personal life remains after joining knack. People over there take grudges from you. The HR here doesn't even know how rudely the senior employees talk to the new joiners in the company. New joiners are being treated very badly, HR and MD should take strict action on this. Girls are sexually harassed in this company. No one in the company knows anything about this.No one is taught anything properly. When someone is asked any question, he is abused. This company is a 3rd class company. 1. You can start career in medical billing if you have no job and no experience 2. Desk job you have to sit and work 3. No much hectic like typical call centre, you have to make calls outbound not necessarily to us healthcare companies CONS 1. Less salary given to fresher 2. 1 time food is given but quality is poor 3. They always make you to do overtime without payment and will deduct salary if you take more than 1 leave 4. Leaves are not given even for genuine reason and they have sandwich leave policy like you have taken unplanned leave on Friday then Saturday Sunday and Friday 3 days salary will be deducted. 5. If you are in payment posting you only have day shift with much less salary 5. If you are in account receivable than you always have to do graveyard night shift and shift will not change it remains permanent night shift and no extra allowance is provided. Dinner is good , day vendor is very not ok. Cab is good. But coordination is bad. Hr's are good but admin is ....need improvement...what can I say. Job is secure even client left . Good canteen area. Liberty in breaks.... screen time record but nobody takes serious is good until issues.

Filtered work sheet to the shoe likers n good appraisal to them. Worst work to the rest of the team. Politics in every team. Nashedi boys n girls. No work life balance. No overtime payment. High targets so, employees do more working hours to met targets and get nothing in extending shift.
