Knack global is a growing company in healthcare medical billing. Company never fire to anyone whatever the knowledge, skill, quality. Doesn't matter what you are ! Job security is excellent.

Dislikes

There is no company policy or norms, any time can change per requirement of seniors or managers. There is no office time, 9.30-10 hours shift, if any employee works on weekend due to work load then payout will be ₹300 which is also huge amount for company/managers. They will not pay per day salary of employee, never think of double payout. Doesn't matter how much production/work you did, matter is how much hours extend your shift. Doesn't matter what is your skills, knowledge, experience, you never promoted if you have these. But yes if you are talkative or have a skill of buttering chattring then deffinetaly you will get a chance of promotion or increment doesn't matter of your knowledge and experience. There is no employee care. You if have any issue then you cant share to anyone because HR/manager also support to ops they doesn't take any action. There is no rest room for sick employee for rest nor if employee want to go home for any urgency or illness reason then company will not provide transportation facility. It's not the my experience which is, I am facing here these are the common from all employees side. Totally unsetisfactory experience which is I can't think. My life stop to grow here. I spend the 13-14 hours for only the office. I dont have time for my family and friend's except Saturday, Sunday.
