Management of Knack is worst. They do partiality as well. There is no one for help. Divesh, who is the worst person in Knack. Even he don’t know how to talk with their employees. He was convicted for harassing company girls on trip and he is still in company. Partiality is everywhere but the one who did hard work for the company, He has done 200% production for company when employees were on resign and new joiners are not coming, they are doing same partiality with them also. The HR here doesn't even know how rudely the senior employees talk to the new joiners in the company. New joiners are being treated very badly, HR and MD should take strict action on this. Girls are sexually harassed in this company. No one in the company knows anything about this.No one is taught anything properly. When someone is asked any question, he is abused. This company is a 3rd class company. 1. You can start career in medical billing if you have no job and no experience 2. Desk job you have to sit and work 3. No much hectic like typical call centre, you have to make calls outbound not necessarily to us healthcare companies CONS 1. Less salary given to fresher 2. 1 time food is given but quality is poor 3. They always make you to do overtime without payment and will deduct salary if you take more than 1 leave 4. Leaves are not given even for genuine reason and they have sandwich leave policy like you have taken unplanned leave on Friday then Saturday Sunday and Friday 3 days salary will be deducted. 5. If you are in payment posting you only have day shift with much less salary 5. If you are in account receivable than you always have to do graveyard night shift and shift will not change it remains permanent night shift and no extra allowance is provided.
