There is absolutely no learning to be done here. Only thing you learn is, how can one exploit an employee, efficiently.

Constant Micromanaging. 6 full day work week. You document your work more than doing the job, for proof. Late pay every month. If you have an EMI or commitments, please do not come here. If you are already rich or have rich spouse/parents, this job is alright. Management over-quotes their services, so the potential clients run away.They do pay cuts and also shout at you.
