You will not have LOP if you are late for some valid reason.

Dislikes

The work culture is not at all healthy. It will definitely take a toll on your mental health. They will make you work on holidays also but will not provide any comp. off. At the end of the year, they will calculate your leave and deduct salary if you have taken more than 12 leave. That is really pathetic and ungrateful of them since we had worked even on holidays.
