Kitagawa working culture is so grate, You can easily balance your personal life with professional life with 5 day working in week. Company staff is very supportive and helpful, also there is Pretty good travelling allowances.

People bare very good and well behaving, management is verry supporting for employees.

Too much traveling and some basic facilities to frequently traveller's.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
